Product Inspection
Upon receiving your order from Wilder Technologies, perform the following product inspection:
• Inspect the outer shipping container, foam-lined instrument case, and product for damage. Retain the outer cardboard shipping container until the contents of the shipment have been inspected for completeness and the product has been checked mechanically and electrically. Use the foam-lined instrument-case for secure storage of the Wilder Technologies Test Adapters when not in use.
• Locate the shipping list and verify that all items ordered were received.
• In the unlikely event that the product is defective or incomplete, the “Limited Warranty” section discusses how to contact Wilder Technologies for technical assistance and/or how to package the product for return. Please contact
support@wilder-tech.com if you have any questions.
Product Refund/Return Policy
If you find it necessary to return your order, before use, we accept returns for exchange or refund up to 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. Items must be in "new, unaltered, and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered, and unused condition is:
• without showing signs of wear or damage in any way.
• within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days contact
support@wilder-tech.com)
If the products received represent a special order or a custom configuration, the customer must contact support@wilder-tech.com for return policy information. A product may not be returned if it is identified and recorded by Wilder Technologies as non-returnable or is beyond the return policy time period (standard 7 days or as adjusted and recorded by Wilder Technologies for a particular product).
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once received by Wilder Technologies, LLC.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if Wilder Technologies, LLC is not at fault.
